This May, LifePath will celebrate 30 years of bringing together our community members with our Annual Walkathon at our Greenfield office on Munson Street.  Those efforts will provide for older adults, individuals with disabilities and caregivers served by our Agency.

Your support provides financial stability in two ways - for the programs most in need and the neighbors who need it to stay in their homes and live independently.  Of the more than 40 programs and services that LifePath offers, only a handful are fully funded by government or granting sources.  Your sponsorship recognizes the importance of all LifePath programs and in home support like...
