The Boardwalkers are a team made up of LifePath board members who are taking steps to support an orgazination they whole-heartedly believe in and that does so much in our community to help those who are aging as well as those with disabilities. We hope that you will find a way to donate at whatever level that works for you and help us continue our mission of CARE!!!  All donations fund the 40+ programs and services that allow older adults, individuals living with disabilities, and caregivers to seek and find independence in their homes and communities.
